The 16th Annual Harvest Moon Ball will be Saturday, September 22nd, 2012 at the historic Glacier Park Lodge in East Glacier Park, MT. There will be a hosted reception followed by a elegant dinner, art auction and a dance to end the evening.

Company Overview:
In 1994 the Ford Foundation chose the Montana Community Foundation as one of four (4) foundations in the nation to develop an innovative initiative to improve economic security for rural communities.
The Montana Community Foundation Chose the Blackfeet Community Foundation (one of three communities chosen in Montana) to be a Beacon Community to help light the way to rural revitalization.
We developed our own initiatives and are building our own permanent community endowment. This endowment was established with the Montana Community Foundation and only interest income will be utilized for community vitality projects.
Mission:
The Annual Harvest Moon Ball is a fundraiser to build a permanent endowment for the Blackfeet Community Foundation. Income from the endowment is used for community projects. The event consists of a live art auction, as well as a silent auction, in which the majority of the artists are Native American.
